Flood Waters Overtake Levy North Of Fort Calhoun Nuclear Plant, More Evacuations

Google map De Soto National Wildlife Refuge and go 3 miles south, there is the flooded powerplant. Forecasters are raising the threat level on the Missouri River from moderate to major for Harrison and Washington counties. This after water begins to overtop a levee protecting homes from the DeSoto Wildlife Refuge. Now people living east of the levee are looking for refuge from the “Mighty Mo”. A torrent of water cascades over a levee east of the DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge Monday afternoon. Swift currents of water flood into Donald Brothers farm fields. “This has got a lot of power behind it,” Brothers chuckles while looking at the fast moving current. Until Monday the levee held back the water. Brothers says the water quickly overtook the barrier. Donald checked the levee around 3:00 Monday morning saying, “I come down here and it hadn’t breached yet and by 6:30a.m it had breached.” Harrison County officials posted yellow evacuation notices on doors Monday, saying it’s time to move. Brothers explains the mood in the area is surprisingly positive. While people are evacuating it’s a relief knowing it’s finally time to go. “You’re busy today you know the time has come, it’s time to act,” said Brothers. The flood waters are not only impacting people, even the wildlife is being displaced. Self-built levees circle many homes of those already forced out along Highway 30. Looking at the river water Brothers said he believes this flood will be worse than the flood of ’52. “By the time we get through six more weeks of this I think we’ll have water from Blair to Missouri Valley,” he said. Brothers accepts possibly loosing his house and crops this year, but he prays the water will go down before more damage is done. “This water has to get through here by the end of August so we can start to dry out again because if we don’t get dried out, if this water isn’t off the ground by late August it won’t be dry enough to til and if we don’t get it tilled we won’t be able to farm it again next year,” he said. Over 52 NOTAM (No-Fly Zones) Issued over U.S. In last 28 days (July 3rd 2011)

There has been a very suspicious amount of NOTAM (No-Fly Zones) issued over the U.S. in the last 28 days. This behavior is not typical of the FAA or military.

Typically about 5 to 7 NOTAM notices are issued on any given year.

This is a call to action to all Intel Soldiers™, we need more intel on this matter.

This could correlate with all of the troop movements, the recent NASA warnings, nuclear disasters, flooding, underwater body bags, mass graves prepared for U.S. citizens, FEMA coffins, and more.

Fukushima: It’s much worse than you think

 Scientific experts believe Japan’s nuclear disaster to be far worse than governments are revealing to the public.

Many Japanese citizens are now permanently displaced from their homes due to the Fukushima nuclear disaster [GALLO/GETTY] “Fukushima is the biggest industrial catastrophe in the history of mankind,” Arnold Gundersen, a former nuclear industry senior vice president, told Al Jazeera. Japan’s 9.0 earthquake on March 11 caused a massive tsunami that crippled the cooling systems at the Tokyo Electric Power Company’s (TEPCO) nuclear plant in Fukushima, Japan. It also led to hydrogen explosions and reactor meltdowns that forced evacuations of those living within a 20km radius of the plant. Gundersen, a licensed reactor operator with 39 years of nuclear power engineering experience, managing and coordinating projects at 70 nuclear power plants around the US, says the Fukushima nuclear plant likely has more exposed reactor cores than commonly believed. “Fukushima has three nuclear reactors exposed and four fuel cores exposed,” he said, “You probably have the equivalent of 20 nuclear reactor cores because of the fuel cores, and they are all in desperate need of being cooled, and there is no means to cool them effectively.” TEPCO has been spraying water on several of the reactors and fuel cores, but this has led to even greater problems, such as radiation being emitted into the air in steam and evaporated sea water – as well as generating hundreds of thousands of tons of highly radioactive sea water that has to be disposed of. “The problem is how to keep it cool,” says Gundersen. “They are pouring in water and the question is what are they going to do with the waste that comes out of that system, because it is going to contain plutonium and uranium. Where do you put the water?” Even though the plant is now shut down, fission products such as uranium continue to generate heat, and therefore require cooling. “The fuels are now a molten blob at the bottom of the reactor,” Gundersen added. “TEPCO announced they had a melt through. A melt down is when the fuel collapses to the bottom of the reactor, and a melt through means it has melted through some layers. That blob is incredibly radioactive, and now you have water on top of it. On 7/10/2011 12:57:12 AM UTC an earthquake of magnitude 7 and depth 34.9km has struck an unpopulated area in Japan. GDACS estimates the likelihood for need of international humanitarian intervention to be low (Green alert).
